Workshop: Courage To Thrive

Our professional calling of being Leaders at the Core of Better Communities can’t wait for good times to return – that is the Survive-All ‘ME’ trap. Today’s turbulent times can be the best time for profound personal growth and team performance. If Core Leaders choose the Courage Path of “Thrive-All “WE” by creating the connections and collaboration for a brighter future as you wrestle with today’s challenges.

This Thrive-All path requires actions: the Courage to Change, Endure, Be Oneself, Take a Stand, Forgive, and Love your Community, Cause, Comrades and Purpose.  Practitioners can make progress by employing proven Mind-full, Trust-Full, Care-Full, and Relation-Full collaborative skills that result in higher performance.

Takeaways:

  1. ‘Share What Works for You” – Enjoy engaging with peers on real experience, insights and gems of wisdom.
  2. ‘Difference Makers’ - Affirm and be inspired that this profession is important, noble work not for the fainthearted.
