JOB SUMMARY:

The Assistant City Manager serves as a key member of the City of Levelland’s executive leadership
team and works closely with the City Manager to oversee municipal operations, implement
organizational priorities, and support effective service delivery.

Salary Range: $242,215.51* - $340,812.60 DOE/DOQ

*The bottom of the salary range is expected to increase to $264,339.25, pending City Council Approval at the 10/13/26 City Council Meeting.
