How Does it Work?

Step 1: After you register your organization, you'll be able to search through all registrant resumes prior to the event. You can also send special invites to qualified candidates to stop by your booth during the event.

Step 2: On the day of the fair, you can have many recruiters/employers participate in your booth for one-on-one chat conversations with candidates. Individual recruiters can have up to four simultaneous conversations!

Step 3: The career fair is over, but you have candidate conversation history, ratings, contact info, and resumes. You retain access to search all resumes long after the event!

What Are the Benefits?

By having a booth at the ICMA Virtual Career Fair, you can:

  • Improve Recruiting Efficiency: Connect with candidates across the county to fill positions.
  • Meet the Employer, Meet the Candidates: Job seekers have real-time opportunities to engage with your organization vs. simply applying to a job. You get a much better feel for who you may hire before the final interviews.
  • Pre-screen and Invite: Qualify candidates prior to the scheduled event and invite the front-runners to a one-on-one conversation during the event.
