$109,729.54 to $140,045.79 ~ Salary
$1,097.30 to $1,400.46 Deferred Compensation Retirement Plan
$6,649.61 to $8,486.77 PERS Retirement Program
$18,908.64 Medical & Dental City Contributions
$3,600.00 HRA Veba - Health Reimbursement Arrangement
$780.00 Cellphone Allowance

$144,365.09 to $176,821.66 Annual Compensation & Benefits Total

This position is under the general administrative direction of the City Manager, provides professional legal services and advice for the City of Medford, Medford Urban Renewal Agency, Mayor, City Council, City Manager, City departments, and other committees, boards and commissions; prepares and reviews legal documents and legal opinions, and represents the City in civil proceedings; oversees Department operations, budget and staff.

Qualifications: Ten years of legal experience with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a municipal or governmental law environment preferred, including leadership and management experience to perform the job effectively; and experience in supervision, evaluation and assigning work to staff. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Juris Doctorate. Member of Oregon State Bar, in good standing and licensed to practice law in the State of Oregon.
