The City Manager serves as the chief executive officer of the City and oversees the operation, programs and personnel of all City departments and has final responsibility for all personnel actions. The city employs 80 full-time employees, and the City Manager is responsible for a total budget of $31M including the general fund, several enterprise funds that include Electric, Sewer, Water, Refuse, and Transportation.

This position also works closely with several community stakeholders, and is highly visible at community events.
