The City of Chino seeks an experienced, hands-on human resources professional to join its high-performing and dedicated executive management team. The desired candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multiple-priority environment and be comfortable functioning as a doer as well as a leader. As a director with high expectations and standards, this HR professional will demonstrate excellence in customer service, engender trust between the Department and the workforce, and foster productive and positive relationships with labor groups and stakeholders.

Candidates will have 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience coupled with 5 years of supervisory experience and a bachelor’s degree.

Salary goes up to $239,244 DOQE, supplemented by attractive benefits.
