This position has been reopened for applications. The City of Victor, Colorado (www.cityofvictor.com) is accepting applications for the position of City Administrator. The City is statutory city, subject to the Municipal Code and State Statutes, that operates under the direction of the Mayor and City Council. The City Council chooses to appoint a City Administrator who serves at the pleasure of the Council. This full-time position is responsible for the overall administration of all City departments, with the exception of the City Clerk’s Office, operations and personnel. A Bachelor’s degree in political science, public administration, planning or a related field is required (Master’s degree preferred); with two (2) years’ experience in municipal or county government and a minimum of one (1) year of working at a supervisory level.
Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000/year DOQ. In addition, the City offers a benefit package that includes health insurance, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage (optional), AFLAC (optional), retirement program (401a), deferred compensation (457) (optional), and a Personal Time Off policy.
