In this pivotal role, you will steer the strategic communication and marketing efforts that promote our Town’s vibrant services, initiatives, and projects. You’ll serve as the chief spokesperson and craft our message across multiple platforms, ensuring our voice is consistent and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals including a Communications Manager, Marketing & Brand Manager, Communications Specialist, and a part-time Social Media Specialist.
Develop and execute a comprehensive Communications Plan that aligns with the town’s goals and enhances our community presence.
Maintain robust media relations and act as the primary Public Information Officer.
Manage partnerships and contractual obligations with external organizations like the Destination Marketing Organization.
Oversee the development of press releases, social media content, and other crucial communication materials.

Who Should Apply:
Visionaries with a Bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of relevant experience, including extensive senior management experience.
