This highly engaged learning and development leader is accountable for research, design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate professional and career development, continuous learning, process improvement, and change management across the City.
This position requires:
•Partnering and consulting with Human Resources and other City leadership to develop and execute comprehensive strategies for organizational change, training and develop programs
•Identifying and designing learning modules for Gainesville Corporate University (GCU) and measuring learning, training and organizational development program effectiveness
•Developing and recommending New Employee Orientation and Onboarding Programs
•Establishing and executing City-wide Performance Management Systems
•Collaborating across the City to ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements
