The City Administrator reports directly to the Board of Directors and provides leadership, coordination, control and accountability of all municipal services and programs. In 2025, the City employs 326 full-time employees. The City's total budget is $105 million including the general fund and several enterprise funds. General Fund expenses for 2025 are approximately $31 million.
