The community of Siloam Springs is located in northwest Arkansas in the breathtakingly beautiful Ozarks region of the US. The City Administrator reports directly to the Board of Directors and provides leadership, coordination, control and accountability of all municipal services and programs. In 2025, the City employs 326 full-time employees. The City's total budget is $105 million including the general fund and several enterprise funds. General Fund expenses for 2025 are approximately $31 million.
