PROPERTY REGISTRATION CHAMPIONS, LLC – D/B/A PROCHAMPS

OPPORTUNITY FOR RETIRED CITY/COUNTY MANAGERS SEEKING TO SUPPLEMENT THEIR RETIREMENT WHILE STAYING ENGAGED AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS

• SEEKING QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS EXPERIENCED IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION WITH ESTABLISHED RELATIONSHIPS WITH FELLOW PROFESSIONALS IN THE FIELD
• PROCHAMPS PARTNERS WITH OVER 250 LOCAL GOVERNMENTS ACROSS THE U.S. IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF BEST PRACTICE AND PROACTIVE PROPERTY REGISTRATION PROGRAMS FOR AT RISK PROPERTIES (VACANT/RENTAL/FORCLOSURE)
• PROGRAMS ASSIST LOCAL GOVERNMENT BY PROVIDING EFFICIENCIES IN MANAGING THESE PROPERTIES, CONSERVES FINANCIAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES WHILE PROVIDING REVENUES TO HELP OFFSET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ADDRESSING THE PROBLEMS COMMON TO THESE AT RISK PROPERTIES
• ALL PROGRAMS ARE PROACTIVE AND PROVEN TO PROVIDE SOUND GOVERNANCE FROM BOTH A PUBLIC POLICY AND MANAGERIAL PERSPECTIVE
• PROGRAMS UTILIZE AN ABSOLUTE “NO OUT OF POCKET COST” BUSINESS MODEL FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND DO NOT REPLACE GOVERNMENT STAFFING
