Job Description

Under the general direction of the Town Manager, the Economic Development Director will work closely with the Board of Trustees and department directors in developing and implementing the Town’s economic development program. This position will develop and implement strategies around attraction, retention, and expansion for businesses, real estate development and other economic development activities. This position is responsible for attracting new business infrastructure, as well as assisting existing businesses, in an effort to increase primary jobs and provide sound growth of retail tax revenues.
