Require Bachelor’s degree in public administration or related field; prefer Master’s Degree with at least 5 years progressive municipal experience. Residency is encouraged. Desire a strong background in budget development/governmental accounting/finance; community development and planning; grant writing; tourism development/promotion and the ability to cultivate positive and productive relationships with the village board, staff and community members.
