This document provides a review of the Human Resources Department in Orange County, produced by ICMA member Steve Danley. It examines the existing office practices and evaluates how successful they are at maximizing workplace productivity.  The auditors go on to make a number of recommendations for how the county can implement more efficient and effective Human Resources policies. These include changes that could help close the budget deficit and create a more productive office environment over all.
