Sample of the City of Kansas City's weekly report based on CRM data that is sent out to departments and the City Manager (CM).  The CM follows this report closely and will ask for any follow ups based on problems or questions he has with the numbers.  The data from these weekly reports is rolled up into an ongoing report that is reviewed in all department performance meetings with the CM.
