Throughout his long and distinguished career as an educator, leader, mentor, and administrator, City Manager of Evans, Colorodo Aden Hogan, Jr. has committed much of his life to promoting professional public administration both in Colorado and beyond. An active member of ICMA and 2006 recipient of the 30-year ICMA service award, Aden is also a member of the executive board of the Colorado City-County Management Association, lead member of the Northern Colorado Manager’s group, and the Colorado Municipal League. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Colorado at Denver.
