This report by Arlington County provides lessons learned from the 9-11 Attack on the Pentagon. The report was produced for a conference held in Arlington, attended by 852 representatives from local jurisdictions and federal and state agencies from around the country. Presents Arlington County's experiences in responding to the attack, and how to work as a team to analyze the reponse capacity within other local jurisdictions. Includes guidelines tailored for various population sizes and describes issues related to such functional disciplines as law enforcement, fire and emergency services, EMS, and city and county managers.
