Since the inception of the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) in 2007, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), high-risk chemical facilities and their workers, industry associations, communities, emergency responders, and state and local governments have been working together to improve the on-site security protecting America’s highest-risk chemical facilities.  The CFATS Quarterly is designed to provide updates and resources regarding the CFATS program.
