This Request for Proposal (RFP), and the resulting contract, is to obtain the services of a qualified firm to provide consulting services necessary for the formulation and deployment of a comprehensive Countywide CRM initiative. The County is seeking to develop a business process to establish and define performance benchmarks that will be used to evaluate and improve the delivery of services.
