This is the 2010 nomination of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, Canada's Linking Values to Organizational Excellence program for the Strategic Leadership and Governance Award. Chief Administrative Officer Mike Murray has been credited with the development of five key values (service, integrity, respect, innovation, and collaboration) for the area, and subsequently identifying six objectives in order to integrate these five values into everyday life.
