This is the 2010 nomination of Aurora, Colorado's Employee Relations Program for the Strategic Leadership and Governance Award. City Manager Ron Miller is credited with forming an employee relations group called Partnership of Aurora City Employees (PACE) which facilitates knowledge and collaboration between all city employees.
