The Center for Management Strategies group is growing on the Knowledge Network!  Currently, the group has posted documents that support our leading practices of High Performance Organization strategies and Priority Based Budgeting, including various publications and a free High Performance Organization Self Assessment!  There is also good information on the work being done by the Center and its partners in leading practice research, education and technical assistance.

Soon, we will be posting the results of our research on the topic of civic engagement as well as inviting conversation on that important area for all managers today.  We would love to hear your ideas and learn of your quality work on our topics, as learning from one another is great!
