Did you know that we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of the book, Reinventing Government by David Osborne and Ted Gaebler? This book served as an inspiration to many progressive  local government managers  who believed that governments need to be more "mission-driven,'' "competitive,” "customer-driven,'' "anticipatory,'' and "results-oriented.''  The great thing is that it has great relevance yet today!
