Though ICMA Center for Performance Measurement™ (CPM) staff regularly e-mail, call, and send communications through postal mail to primary coordinators (PCs) of participating jurisdictions, we also send information to other participant contacts via e-mail. One of our most important vehicles to relay important program information is our monthly e-newsletter, Performance Measurement Insider (PMI). PMI is sent to all participant contacts and includes important program announcements, deadlines, and details on upcoming webinars, conferences, and trainings. Therefore, we encourage you to make sure that you are able to receive e-mail messages from us.

To add us to your safe sender’s list:

Option 1 - Add our e-mail or domain manually

1. Open your e-mail account and click “Junk” located in the “Delete” section of the “Home” tab.
2. Select “Junk e-mail options.”
3. Next, select the “Safe senders” tab.
4. Click “Add”, enter cpmmail@icma.org or @icma.org, and click “OK.”

Option 2 – Add our e-mail or domain from an e-mail received from us

1. Open your e-mail account and right click on a message that you have received from us.
2. Mouse over “Junk” and select “Never block sender” or “Never block sender’s domain.”

Also, please note in order to receive PMI you must not opt-out of informational e-mails from ICMA services.
