To help make the data collection process run more smoothly in your jurisdiction the CPM staff have added helpful tips and answers to frequently asked questions directly into the PDF copies of the surveys that are posted on the participant website.

As you scroll through the surveys you will see a word bubble icon. When you place your mouse over the icon a tip or answer to a frequently asked question will appear. There are also areas highlighted throughout the surveys to draw your attention to key instructions that are often overlooked. CPM staff encourages you to use this document when you are completing your survey.

You can find the pop-up PDFs on the “survey” page. The surveys are marked “annotated.”
