Member and Nonmember Use of CoachConnect

ICMA members and nonmembers can both enjoy this free program. The platform operates on a credit basis, with all new learners starting with 12 credits.

Request More Credits: ICMA members can request additional credits an unlimited number of times by emailing coaching@icma.org. Members of ICMA State Association Coaching Partners or one of the ICMA CoachConnect Outreach Partners can also request more credits.

Trial Period for Nonmembers: Nonmembers receive 12 credits as a trial period (about 12 months of coaching). To continue connecting with coaches, we invite you to join ICMA or your state affiliate. Learn more about joining ICMA.
