LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Name the core competencies and skills that distinguish effective coaches from ineffective ones, including active listening, powerful questioning, and the ability to build trust and psychological safety in one-on-one and team settings.
- Explore coaching strategies and frameworks and assess how these approaches can be adapted in diverse coaching contexts.
