Transitions between presidential administrations and changing congresses present both opportunities and challenges for local governments. This presentation provides an overview of the COVID Relief and Omnibus legislation signed into law in late December.  Led by Sustainable Strategies DC, it also gives a snapshot of the Biden Administration and 117^th Congressional  priorities, new federal agency leadership,  potential policy shifts, and opportunities for local-federal collaboration.
