Reporting to the City Manager/Assistant City Manager, the Director of Development Services oversees Planning, Building, Code Enforcement, Accessibility, Housing, and a Permit Center. The Department is supported by an FY 25-26 operating budget of $10.2 million and 37 dedicated professionals.
