$117,000 to $145,000 / year salary (DOQ). Total compensation likely to increase an additional $30,000 in value with performance incentives and an attractive benefits program including Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement and Professional Dues.

OTHER: Talladega is a full-service city with a $23,900,000 FY2025/26 General Fund budget, $65,700,000 in Capital Assets, and an Ad Valorem tax rate of $8.46 per $1000 assessed value.
