County Manager

The BoCC is seeking a strong, visionary leader with solid management, organizational & financial skills. The County Manager will provide leadership, focus & direction to the BoCC, the Leadership Team, and community. Critical success factors for the new County Manager will include strategic planning, financial oversight, regionalism, collaboration and consensus-building skills, innovative problem solving, and strong, enthusiastic leadership in a time of dynamic transition. The new County Manager will have a minimum of a BA degree from an accredited 4 year college or university in Public or Business Administration or closely related field, master’s degree strongly preferred; and 8-10 years of increasingly responsible public sector experience. FT with medical, dental, vision, retirement, up to 208 hours paid vacation and up to 104 hours paid sick leave per year, paid holidays and paid parental leave benefits.
