The OC Fair & Event Center is currently recruiting for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) due to a pending retirement. The Board of Directors seeks an experienced administrator to continue its strong traditions and to identify opportunities to expand its economic impact and contribution to the vitality of Orange County and Southern California. Working in partnership with the Board of Directors, the CEO leads the District’s executive management team to provide strategic direction; establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies; and ensure proper resources to achieve them. The CEO creates and fosters a culture that reinforces the District’s mission statement, core values and strategic priorities.

The total annual compensation for this position is $181,020 - $241,170 and the Board is seeking to fill the position by April 1, 2025.
