The City of Clearwater is seeking an experienced and dynamic Planning Division Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Planning and project management. Under limited direction, the Planning Division Manager supervises, manages, and oversees the City's Long-Range Planning personnel. Evaluates site plans, permits, land development applications, and rezonings for consistency with the Community Development Code and Comprehensive Plan. Prepares special area plans, manages the Comprehensive Plan, and writes regulations and amendments for the Community Development Code.

Minimum Qualifications:
A valid State driver's license is required.
Education and Experience:
Master's Degree in Planning or a related field AND five (5) years of experience in the field of public planning; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
