The City of Moorpark is seeking a knowledgeable, generalist Planning Manager, with strong technical and writing skills and a hands-on approach, to manage and coordinate activities and operations of Planning and Code Enforcement Divisions of the Community Development Department. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in urban planning, engineering, business administration, public administration, or a related field. A minimum of five years of increasingly responsible and professional urban planning experience, including two years of administrative and supervisory responsibility; Master’s degree is desirable; AICP preferred. Must posses a valid California driver license.
