Car accidents are one of the leading causes of death among teenagers in the United States. To help combat this problem locally, the St. Croix Valley Restorative Justice Program, a local non-profit partnered with the River Falls, Wisconsin Municipal Court and Police Department. Together they created Safe Teen Driving Circles. This program helps educates local youth on safe driving practices while supporting both victims and offenders who lead the sessions with their personal experiences and accidents.
