A brief description of the many public safety training opportunities available through the Association of Public Safety Officials (APCO) Institute. APCO, an organization that champions projects with goals to standardize processes, procedures, and services, has a strong cadre of senior management executives, technical staff, and enthusiastic committee members with a great deal of knowledge in their respective fields. The APCO Institute serves as the educational arm of the association and focuses on the unique needs of the public safety communications industry.
