This short, two-page survey serves as an example of the customer satisfaction surveys that are randomly mailed to Oakland residents who have had recent contact with the OHAPD in order to solicit their opinion of how the department faired in meeting their expectations. A comparatively short survey, the questions are targeted towards the housing authority police, which is designed to augment and compliment the Oakland Police Department in areas in and around housing authority property.
