This article describes a Cuyahoga County, Ohio, project which established a computerised system used by health and human services caseworkers to provide information on daycare providers, community resources and service agencies, and transportation options to clients. Additionally, it describes the development process of the system, from concept, to building internal support, to agency involvement, and final implementation.
