This is a fact sheet on a technical assistance opportunity. Supported by funding from MetLife Foundation, the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a) is taking applications from communities interested in being part of the Livable Communities for All Ages Learning Collaborative.

Selected communities will receive six months of technical assistance to conduct a community focus group to explore livable community strategies of interest; assistance in developing an implanting an action plan that can be realized incrementally without the reliance of additional resources; assess to best practices models from across the country; and the opportunity to participate in a national meeting in Washington, DC.
