Through ICMA's Municipal Partnerships for Violence Prevention in Central America (AMUPREV) program, the Security and Violence Prevention Municipal Commission of Santa Catarina Pinula, Guatemala, launched a campaign prohibiting the sale and use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs to children. The Commission created a pratical guide designed to train and empower teachers with the skills to handle difficult situations with their students.
