Your assigned Capstone team will take your project and may conduct literature research, perform an environmental scan, develop an operational framework, create a financial model, or put forth policy and procedure recommendations for your community. Complete and submit the Leadership ICMA Call for Capstone Consulting and Peer Assistance Proposal Form by Wednesday, November 29 (for consideration by the current year's class). Note that capstone host costs vary depending on scope and complexity of the project. Costs of travel and capstone are estimated at $8,000-10,000.
