ICMA President Jeffrey Towery, in consultation with the ICMA Executive Board and Membership Committee, finalized appointments to ICMA’s Governance Task Force in June 2023. This select group of members will work together to evaluate ICMA’s regional structure to determine the best model for serving a global membership while maintaining the organization’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The task force will be responsible for developing recommendations that will be presented to the ICMA Executive Board by December 2024.
