This document provides a summary of data counties have provided to NACo through Portfolio Manager, EPA's tool for monitoring utility costs and benchmarking facilities against their counterparts across the country. This resource was created through interviews and data gathered from nearly 400 NACo members about how they manage and decrease energy use in their buildings.
