The City of Hamilton Employee Innovation Challenge (or Innovation Challenge) was created to provide a forum for innovation while encouraging idea sharing and maximizing employee experiences to improve the organization and enhance services for the community of Hamilton. The inaugural Innovation Challenge was implemented in late 2013 and we hope to sustain its success through continued annual implementation. The Innovation Challenge provides employees the opportunity to anonymously submit any idea that improves a process, addresses a challenge, or leverages an opportunity within the community.
