This is the 2010 nomination of Lee's Summit, Missouri's 360 Strategic Planning Process for the Strategic Leadership and Governance Award. City Manager Stephen Arbo and Deputy City Manager Brian Scott have been credited with the development of an innovative strategic plan that was based off of both community engagement and community feedback.
