Each year Fortune Magazine compiles a list of the best 100 companies to work for.  Attached is an article that lists some of the attributes of those companies that are consistently at the top of the list.

While the public sector may not be able to offer some of the "perks" that these companies offer, there are still lots of things we can do to improve the culture of our organizations and increase the engagement of employees in our work.
