Citizen Engagement Workshop

The first program is a full-day program in citizen engagement strategies in Boston, Massachusetts on Thursday, July 17.  Through this program you will: 

  1. Analyze the strengths and limitations of the most common engagement practices;
  2. Gain insights into new strategies and processes through case studies;
  3. Learn about the CMS Civic Engagement Assessment Tool;  and
  4. Identify first steps towards building an effective, long-term, and multi-faceted civic engagement plan for communities.
