Results Focused is the last in our six qualities linked to innovative organization series.  Essential to being Results Focused is establishing common ground and building consensus and support for an organizations strategic outcomes.  There is much work being done today in local government around advancement of performance measurement tools and data that tell the story of a community, what is valued, where progress is being made and where there are gaps.  Organizations that emphasize results are looking for the sustained impact of the work.
