Congratulations to ICMA members who received awards at the June 2012 Texas City Management Association meeting:

Greg Ingham, city manager, Plainview, and William A. Keffler, retired city manager, Richardson, were presented Lifetime Achievement awards, which recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to the field of local government management for more than ten years.

Mike R. Perez, city manager, McAllen, was presented with the Administrator of the Year award, which recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the field of local government management in the past 18 months.

Bob Hart, city manager, Kennedale, and Michael Morrison, city manager, New Braunfels, were each presented with a Mentoring Award in Memory of Gary Gwyn , which recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions in the development of new talent or have designed and implemented outstanding career development programs for local government employees.
