Congratulations to longtime ICMA member and current Range Rider Mike Hutchinson on being named Mesa, Arizona’s Man of the Year. Hutchinson served the local government of Mesa from 1978 until his retirement as city manager in 2005. In addition to his numerous volunteer efforts in the community, he also served on the board of directors, and later as president, of the Arizona City/County Management Association.
